Shipping

Most items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing, excluding weekends and holidays. If your item cannot ship within this time we will notify you.

Purchases are shipped USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise requested. Please request pricing for alternate shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is 100% satisfaction!

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are gladly accepted.

Contact us within 3 days from receipt of item (as reported by USPS Delivery Confirmation).

Ship item back within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs on returns are the buyers responsibility (we recommend you ship with tracking). By E cannot accept responsibility for any item that is returned until it is in our physical possession. The item/s must be returned in the same condition as received.

Cancellations are accepted prior to shipping only.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
