Contact us within 3 days from receipt of item (as reported by USPS Delivery Confirmation).

Ship item back within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs on returns are the buyers responsibility (we recommend you ship with tracking). By E cannot accept responsibility for any item that is returned until it is in our physical possession. The item/s must be returned in the same condition as received.

Cancellations are accepted prior to shipping only.
